Seaforth

Sarah's Seaforth home had everything going for it, except the backyard. A previous renovation had left behind a pool surrounds built on shortcuts: insufficient steel, cracking concrete, and rotted timber that had well and truly run its course. Sarah knew it was time to do it properly.

We stripped everything back to bare earth and started with the bones. A fully engineered slab with piers bored down to solid rock now forms the foundation, one that simply won't move. The layout was reimagined to draw the home outward, creating a seamless connection between the dwelling and pool that opens up into a generous, flexible entertaining space. Extended glass fencing to the rear boundary pushed the pool area to its full potential, while a dedicated structural pad was poured and ready for a future hot tub.

The result is a pool and entertaining space built not for the next sale, but for the next generation, finished in Beadcrete Clear Bead with Crystal waterline mosaics and Valencia Aged Taupe coping and surrounds.
