When Tim's new home build was complete, one thing hadn't kept up the pool. Left out of the original construction scope, the 2000s concrete shell had sat largely abandoned through the build process, leaving cracked concrete and stagnant green water in its wake. The brief was clear: bring it up to the standard of the exceptional new home surrounding it.

We stripped the interior and tiles back to bare concrete, carried out slab repairs, and installed reinforcing scores over deck cracks to ensure no future movement. Existing glass fencing sheets were retained and reused wherever possible a smart cost saving, while new stainless steel spigots gave the fencing a fresh, modern edge. Tim supplied his own coping tiles, carefully chosen to match the new home's masonry, tying the pool area directly into the architectural language of the residence.

The result is a pool space that looks as though it was always part of the plan.
