Jack and his team were absolutely brilliant both in terms of the physical product (a magnificent pool) and also the professionalism around quoting, communicating and delivering. During our job (a major pool renovation) a slight variance emerged which the team had said was a possibility and Jack immediately rang, agreed a path forward and cost envelop and then pushed hard to rectify the issue. In the end he came in under budget and on time with a brilliant product.
